About me
Michelle Hoskin (aka Little Miss WOWW!®) is well known for her endless enthusiasm and energy, infectious personality, and unique outlook.
With nearly 25 years’ experience working alongside some of the world’s most successful financial services organisations, Michelle is an internationally recognised author, speaker and coach. She is also a leading expert in the design and implementation of international framework-based best practice standards.
As part of her drive to increase professionalism and operational excellence in Financial Services; Michelle has joined our team as our Head of Operations and Business Development. This is a role she does alongside running Standards International – the UK’s leading training, consultancy and certification body for British, international and sector-specific financial services standards.
