Role: Client Services Assistant
Salary: Up to £30,000pa
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Job Purpose:
The Client Services Assistant will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Client Services Manager, Technical Specialists and Financial Planners liaising with product providers, our clients and other colleagues via email, telephone and face to face.
Being supported in developing full and holistic product knowledge, you will receive the best start to a long and prosperous career within financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new and existing business
• Effectively onboard all new clients
• Responsible for the client review process
• Effectively responding to queries from clients and other parties
• Liaising with clients to arrange meetings
• Record and maintain accurate data using the company’s back office computer system whilst adhering to our compliance policy
• Liaise with Finacial Planners, Technical Specialists, providers and clients via email, phone or face to face to ensure a smooth and compliant client process
• Assisting with the creation of suitability letters and reports
• Complying with the principles of Consumer Duty in all aspects of the Client Services Assistant role
• Champion our client app
We are looking for an individual that has:
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within an IFA/Wealth Management environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Role: Technical Specialist / Senior Technical Assistant
Salary: Up to £40,000pa
Reports to: Client Services Manager
Job Purpose:
The Technical Specialist / Senior Technical Assistant will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering top-tier financial planning and advice to our clients.
The role involves both technical research and direct involvement in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support.
• Assist in preparing for client meetings, including:
• Gathering and compiling financial analysis data.
• Analysing client data and preparing cashflow models.
• Researching financial products to support recommendations.
• Preparing financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.
• Provide comprehensive support for Financial Planners.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties.
• Manage and follow through on client requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee and monitor client annual reviews on behalf of Financial Planners.
• Assist with client presentations and other activities as required.
• Manage individual workflow and task delivery effectively.
• Support the Client Services Manager with annual technical reviews of services and products.
• Be a member of our internal Investment Committee
We are looking for an individual that has:
• Diploma qualified (e.g., DipPFS or equivalent) or on the journey to become Diploma qualified.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning products and services.
• Experience working with DFMs.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning software such as Voyant, Genovo, FinaMetrica and Microsoft Office Suite.
